The Composition of Dermoxen HEMOpran protective endorectal suppository:

  • High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid – Moisturizes the anal mucosa, supports tissue regeneration, and promotes the healing of wounds and fissures.
  • Butcher’s Broom (Ruscus Aculeatus) – Soothes and hydrates the skin.
  • Witch Hazel (Hamamelis Virginiana) – Refreshes, tightens the skin, and has a mild astringent effect.
  • Horse Chestnut (Aesculus Hippocastanum) – Supports the treatment of varicose veins, including hemorrhoids, strengthens blood vessel walls, and has anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Aloe Vera – Helps reduce swollen hemorrhoidal tissue and relieves pain. Has anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Vitamin E – Acts as an antioxidant, supports cell immunity, and has anti-inflammatory effects.
  • Semi-Synthetic Triglycerides – Helps reduce moisture loss from the suppository.

Hemopran suppository into the rectum in the evening for 7 days or according to your doctors’ advice. Patients are advised not to defecate (if possible) for at least one hour after dose administration otherwise the dose should be repeated after defecation.

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to one of the ingredients. Do not use after the expiry date indicated at the bottom of the package. Do not use the product if the package is opened and/or damaged. Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, wash with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose, unless otherwise advised by your doctor. Store in a cool and dry place, at a temperature below 25°C.

Each endorectal suppository of 2 g contains: Ruscus Aculeatus Root Lipophylic Extract, Hamamelis Virginiana Leaf Upophylic Extract, Aesculus Hippocastanum Seed Lipophylic Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf extract, Vitamin E, hyaluronic acid (sodium salt), Semi-synthetic triglycerides.
